in offering excellent customer service.

Our next customer service clerk will be:

• Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Dedicated to working hard, completing all duties during the shift, and leaving the customer satisfied.
• Quick to help customers, respectfully respond to comments, and jump in on projects where needed.
• A self-starter with proven ability to work as a team player
• Coffee-savvy, and experienced in troubleshooting basic customer service issues.
• Highly motivated, and work well independently and in a team setting. Comfortable with change and eager to learn.
• Dependable and flexible in scheduling.
• Part of a growing company, building the foundation for success with every customer communication.
• Trustworthy and dependable, especially in handling cash.

The employee would bring:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills and experience.
